Morning showers are the quickest showers we all take. It’s most often spent thinking about impending tasks or deciding work outfits. Evenings, on the other, are for revival. The only two thoughts occupying our minds are dinner and sleep. In this situation, how recovering should the showers be?

There are a couple of ways you can elevate the experience of evening showers:

Lukewarm or warm water helps relax your muscles after an entire day of being tense. Avoid really hot water for a prolonged time as it may dehydrate your skin.

We all know that lighting is important 😉 it is the same for unwinding. Dim lights that have warm or soft tones can help calm our minds.

Some scents are known to improve mood and enhance relaxation. Light a candle or two, or maybe invest in an air freshener that will soothe your nerves.

Exfoliating is good for multiple reasons. It clears your skin of dead skin cells. Exfoliating rejuvenates your skin, making you feel fresh and new. Exfoliating once a week is sure to improve your mood. 

Shower Pudding 🍮 

Investing in an indulgence is difficult yet essential. A buttery shower pudding softens your skin, while its fragrance lasts an entire day. Hydration Post Shower 🧴 

Making sure that your skin is hydrated for the entire night is important. Use a repairing or healing body lotion and let it soak for the night 💫 If you use a hydrating body wash like a shower pudding, your skin is so soft after a shower, you may not need a lotion!
