RETURN AND REFUND

In the odd case that you do not love our products, here is our policy on returns:

To start a return, you can contact us at info@marsallime.com


1. Eligible products (If found Damaged) can only be returned within 48 hours after delivery. In case the package is received in damaged condition, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately by calling us at +91 7800777721

2. Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Once your return has been authorized, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please make sure the product is unused. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@marsallime.com

4. We aim to process all returns within one week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to us at info@marsallime.com

5. All returns are subject to the discretion of Marsallime.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Order can be canceled within 24 hours of it being placed. Please email us at info@marsallime.com with subject line ‘Cancel Order’ to cancel your order. Your refund will be processed after that and may take a few days to appear to your bank account.


EXCHANGE POLICY

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

  • For returns make sure that the items seal wrap is intact.

We do not accept the exchange of a product for reasons like:

  • Items bought on sale/discount.

  • Items once opened from their sealed wrap cannot be returned as these are personal care items. 

If your purchase meets our exchange criteria stated above, please email us at marsallime@gmail.com. within 48 hours  of delivery with the following information:

- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item as soon as the packaging has been opened.

We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent within 48 hours of delivery. Our policy lasts within 48 hours of delivery. If 48 hours  have gone by since the product has been delivered, we won’t be able to offer you an exchange.

We'd request you ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice etc.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we're happy to exchange your product for a replacement, the same product, or a different product of the same value within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.

All exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer.
